Home THOUGHT PROVOKING... AnonyMouse Forgiveness of All Sins
Forgiveness of All Sins

I have sinned. I sinned a lot in my youth. I spoke to this girl or this boy, I did this gunnah or that haraam action. I have done so many sins I am unsure if Allah will forgive me(Astaghfirullah). This is a constant story which is reverberated in the youth of today. Alhamdulillah many have realised that they have done wrong, and they want to change. But how do we g

et forgiveness? Do we just give up, do we listen to Shaitaan who tells us that there is no way out, and just continue sinning? No.

Alhamdulillah we have entered the graceful month of Ramadhaan. And within it there is an answer to the above problem? Allah indirectly tells us:
You sinned: No problem!
You dated: No problem!
You did whatever: No problem!(shirk is another matter and rights of others must be repaid)

In Bukhari and Muslim it is narrated:
It is related on the authority of Abu Hurayrah (Raddiallahuan) that the Messenger of Allah(Sallalahualayiwassalam) said: All the previous sins of the bondsmen will be forgiven who will keep the fasts of Ramadhaan with Iman and Ihtisab(i.e. with faith in Allah and confident expectation of Divine recompense) and, in the same way, all the previous sins of the bondsman will be forgiven who will offer Nawafil(i.e. Taraweeh and Tahajjud) in the nights of Ramadhaan with Iman and Ihtisab, and in the same way, all the previous sins of the bondsman willl be forgiven who will offer Laylatul Qadr with Imaan and Ihtisab"

The terms Iman and Ihtisab are religious terms and sifnifty that whenever a good act is perfomed it should be motivated by no other thought or sentiment than faith in Allah and in the assurance and warnings and in the hope of the Divine reward promised on it.

My dear beloved brothers and sisters, here is a clear cut way out of the our problems. Yes we are a couple fasts down, but Allah will in shaa Allah turn to us and say yes my Bandah what would you like? Remember fasting is not only not eating during the day, it means lowering our gaze, not committing any sin etc.
The plain and simple point of this post is that if we truly want to make a change in our life, the time is now. Simply follow the above Hadith 100% from now and you are guarenteed to be given the full forgiveness, as we cannot doubt any Ahadith.

Reported by K`ab bin Malik (RA): Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "Two hungry wolves sent in the midst of a flock of sheep are no more destructive to them than a man's greed for wealth and fame is to his Deen.'' [At-Tirmidhi]
